Each of the Four Ceremonies is aligned with one of the four elements: Water, Fire, Air, and Earth, and designed to bring you into harmony with your four bodies: emotional, physical, mental, and soul. Together, they form a holistic journey of release, renewal, clarity, and empowerment. These ceremonies help you clear old patterns, reclaim your power, heal and align with your highest truth. Each ceremony is focused on a different element and spiritual direction and healing body.

The Ceremonies
Fire Ceremony- Transformation & Letting go. (Physical Healing) Igniting the element of Fire, this ceremony is about transformation, action, and releasing what no longer serves you. It can help create a sense of closure and forgiveness, where that is needed. With sacred fire, we burn away stuck energy, limiting beliefs, physical imprints of trauma, and old habits that live in the body. This is a ceremony of empowerment, awakening vitality, passion, and the courage to embody your truth and step forward with confidence. Fire Ceremony uses a real fire pit and Shamanic technique to write and give to the fire things that no longer serve us to welcome in transformation of these energies. This is a very empowering process where we can feel the weight lifting .Fire Ceremony can help physical healing and illnesses, it can help release the weight of the past, (which can include physical weight gain), heal relationships, break free of what hold you back and so much more..

Air Ceremony – Healing the Mental Body, Manifesting & New Beginnings. (Mental Healing) Riding the winds of Air, this ceremony clears the mind, dissolves mental noise, and offers powerful insights. We create more air in your life. We embrace the inner child and welcome in play with shamanic bubble blowing. This ceremony brings clarity, inner stillness, and new vision and joy! Water Ceremony – Heart Healing & Karmic Release (Emotional Healing) Flowing with the element of Water, this ceremony is a gentle yet powerful clearing of the emotional field. Through intention, sacred ritual, and energy healing, we release grief, sadness, fear, and old pain stored in the heart. This ceremony softens and soothes, bringing peace, acceptance, and emotional freedom and break cycles. Parts of this Ceremony is performed near the water & we release our emotional weight onto the gentle wave, allowing us to feel supported by nature and cleansed though the process. Comes with mini IET clearing or you can add a full session with messages.
